In July 2023, China's automobile exports experienced significant growth, with a 63% year-on-year increase. This surge saw China exporting a total of 310,000 vehicles, marking a continuation of its robust growth in the automotive sector. The data, compiled by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), indicates that Chinese brands are expanding their global presence, with homegrown marques accounting for 248,000 of these exports.
From January to July 2023, the export of passenger vehicles increased by 81% compared to the previous year, reaching nearly 2 million units.
